We are looking for a QA Specialist to join one of our Fortune 500 client’s projects in Lake Bluff, Illinois . Analyses verbal or statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professional workers in a variety of scientific areas. May be proficient in qualitative and/or quantitative lab methods. Includes all levels of education and experience.
Job summary:
Assures the quality of manufactured products and processes per standard operating processes (SOP'S) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). BS degree or 3-7 years equivalent experience.
The worker will be executing bioanalytical testing/ reporting results of incoming and in house purified materials by adhering strictly to STPs (Standard Test Procedures), SCPs (Standard Control Procedures) and OPs (Operating Procedures) in a quality lab. The worker will be using a wide variety of analytical equipment. The worker will implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. Top 5 skills/requirements HM would like to see on resume: SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, HPLC, microtiter, chemistry tests (pH, appearance, conductivity, moisture analysis). Important skills to be successful: Strong attention to details, drive for results, adaptability to a high pace environment with frequently shifting priorities, organized, proactive, self-motivated, desire to learn and grow in the current role.
