Our client, an independent specialty pharmacy, is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Reimbursement Specialist

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) 

Pay Range: $22/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Utilize all available resources to secure copay funding for patients in need of financial assistance
  • Communicate with providers regarding patient updates and documentation
  • Detailed note taking submitted in to patient medical records
  • Manage inbound calls from patients and providers regarding status of order, services provided, and financial support options
  • Accurately fill out and submit prior authorizations

 

What’s Needed?

  • 1+ year of experience in specialty pharmacy setting
  • 1+ year of experience in data entry
  • 1+ year of experience working with health insurance
  • 1+ year of experience in patient facing role/patient care
  • Highly detail oriented

 

What’s in it for me?

    • Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
    • Mon-Fri 10am-7pm
    • Mon-Fri 11am-8pm
  • 2 month long contract, potential temporary to hire
