Job description:
The Enterprise Workforce Solutions Testing Manager/Business Analyst will be part of the groundbreaking headcount forecasting, demand and capacity planning firm-wide implementation, contributing to and overseeing business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, and results, along with key business stakeholder partnerships and outcomes. This role also has responsibility for the design and implementation of scripts/plans for application testing, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results/product rollout into production. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and designs standards and procedures, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Develops and designs testing approach, scripts and plans, ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Manages organizational process change, ensuring consistency and quality of processes across the organization.
  • Strives for continuous improvements and streamlining of processes.
  • Deals with complex and highly variable issues.
  • Collaborates with client leads and development organizations and partners with business users.
  • Analyzes trends at an organizational level to improve processes; follows and analyzes industry trends.
  • Exhibits in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes (at least 5 years of experience)
  • Thorough understanding of end to end testing processes, Quality Center and other testing related tools
  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
