Our client, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in either Loatian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong Tagalog, and Spanish and have Clerical Customer Service experience.

 

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: CA , TX, and AR

Pay Range: $16.50 an hour 
Duration: Temp to Hire


PROJECT HOURS:                                                      
7AM to 7PM PST Monday through Friday. First shift: 7AM – 4PM OR Second Shift: 10AM – 7PM
Agents must be able to work any shift in project hours

TRAINING HOURS:                                                     
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday PST
8:00AM – 5:00 PM Monday-Friday PST
 

What’s the Job?

1. Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
2. Perform data entry accurately. Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
3. Address customer’s inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
5. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
6. Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
 

What’s Needed?
Experience:
1-2 years of Customer Service experience 

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required

Must have your own computer or laptop and headset.

BYOD requirements
 
ABSOLUTELY NO CHROMEBOOKS OR TABLETS
