The Coordinator, HOA & Compliance will perform a variety of support functions for the compliance team with primary focus on daily mail processing and distribution.  Other administrative duties will include assistance with HOA, Utilities & Compliance data entry and general support for the department. 

What You’ll Do

  • Mail distribution

    • Accurately sort & distribute high-volume incoming mail to appropriate parties within the HOA, Utilities and Compliance department

    • Send outgoing mail and information to local field offices as appropriate

    • Assist with notification of mailing address changes as needed

  • Administrative

    • Document retention; maintaining electronic files

    • Monitoring incoming email inquiries/requests

    • Record and register business licenses

    • Providing overall support for compliance tasks or programs

Who We’re Looking For

  • Clerical experience in an office environment with 1-2 years administrative experience preferred

  • High School or GED

  • Knowledge of Yardi and Salesforce preferred

  • Knowledge or comfortability with Microsoft Office applications

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
