Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Location: Tallahassee, Florida (32309)

Pay Range: $18.00 Hourly

 

What’s the Job?

 

  • Working in a fast-paced work environment serving multiple broadcast stations
  • Posting payments and adjustments, preparing billing and month-end reconciliations for multiple stations 
  • Posting funds, transferring funds and completing refunds; Utilizing Microsoft Excel for monthly requisitions on a cash sheet
  • Performing various accounting duties using multiple accounting programs and software, as well as backing up other AR team members

 

What’s Needed?

 

  • Previous accounting and/or accounts receivable experience 
  • High School Diploma/GED Required; College degree in relevant field preferred 
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, high aptitude for learning new softwares quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills; Written and oral communication skills must be excellent
  • Ability to work overtime if needed, and work independently in a fast paced environment
