Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans for automotive systems.Oversee diagnostics validation to ensure all systems meet required specifications.Provide expertise in SystemDesk to streamline testing processes.Develop and implement test strategies for automotive protocols.Utilize CANoe & CANalyzer for effective communication and diagnostics testing.Employ dSPACE tools for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.Manage test and defect tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues.Conduct component testing to verify individual parts meet quality standards.Perform system testing to validate overall system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Continuously improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive testing and validation.Demonstrate proficiency in SystemDesk and diagnostics validation.Have hands-on experience with CANoe & CANalyzer and dSPACE tools.Show expertise in developing and executing test plans for automotive systems.Exhibit strong skills in test and defect management.Be knowledgeable in automotive protocols and their applications.Have a solid background in component and system testing.Display excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Certifications Required
