The recruiter will be located in our Allentown, PA office and will report directly to our Northeast Region Sr. HR Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
- Facilitate the hiring of hourly employees across various departments, ensuring a match between candidate skills and job requirements.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using various tools and methods, such as Workday Recruiting and AI.
- Managing the full cycle of recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in the recruitment system.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities, using data-driven approaches to identify and engage with passive candidates.
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process, providing timely feedback and communication.
