Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Hospitality Solutions Lead. This role will play a crucial part in managing alliances with product vendors in Property Management System PMS. Guest reservation systems and related areas. The lead will bring the thought leadership and product implementation experience to successfully drive commercial pursuits and contribute to the development of the Center of Excellence for industry solutions in hospitality domain.

Location: New Jersey (Remote)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Alliance Management Develop and nurture strategic alliances with Property Management System PMS and Guest reservation systems vendors to enhance our hospitality solutions portfolio.
· Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with our products and services.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Hospitality technologies to identify potential partnerships Commercial Pursuits Lead commercial initiatives related to hospitality solutions including negotiations contract management and pricing strategies.
· Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for hospitality solutions.
· Center of Excellence Coe Development Contribute to the establishment and growth of the Center of Excellence for travel and hospitality solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization.
· Provide leadership in the development and delivery of training programs related to hospitality solutions.
· Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales and marketing and delivery teams and organization leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $88,690K - $155,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
