Pay Range: 18-19/hr.
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

About the Role:

We are seeking a Post Approval Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms required for our insurance policies to be placed in-force. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing cases and ensuring timely follow-up on all requests.
  • Communicating via email and back-office systems with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers.
  • Explaining processes and procedures clearly and effectively through email communication.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order and resolving any issues.
  • Preparing documents for electronic signatures and providing status updates.

This position does not require phone support; all communication will be handled via email and back-office systems.

Core Skills Required:

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Case Management: Proficiency in managing and organizing case-related tasks.
  • Back-office: Experience with back-office operations and processes.

Software Systems:

  • Outlook and internal NM systems will be used daily.

Training and Support:

  • A minimum of 6 weeks of training will be provided, along with mentorship to ensure success in the role.

What are the Must-Haves for This Role?

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport and interact professionally.
    • Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience.
