Job Duties May Include:On-site administrator of financial reporting software (i.e., My Inventory, Crunchtime, Lynx)Enter deposits, reconcile vouchers, balance cash daily for all operating unitsSetup and maintain contact information for airport vendorsReceive, enter and track all invoices receivedOrder office supplies and other suppliesCollect cash deposits and vouchers from all operating units dailyPrepare daily deposits for all operating units dailyResponsible for maintaining functionality of safe(s)Distribute live paychecks, as neededVerify new employee identification for new hire processSignatory for SSP America at airport to setup new employee airport credentials, parking, etc. and retrieve upon terminationOrder and distribute unit uniformsOthers tasks as assigned Other Skills and Requirements:Cash deposit experience/Cash handling Minimum of three (2) years of administrative and/or financial experienceExperience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Diversity and Inclusion is a priority at SSP.
