Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticut’s Husky program.
Responsibilities
Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
Qualifications
Have college degree and two years’ supervisor experience in government service to consumers, preferably related to eligibility in health and human services.
Possess ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews.
Have proficiency with standard software and systems.
Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
Show ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and develop staff.
Have ability to work onsite with some evening and weekend hours. And some weekend hours.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position $50-62k per year.
