As a Senior Associate Brand Manager, you will use agile marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth and generate excitement for Kellogg’s cereal brands among Hispanic consumers in the US, and in the Caribbean.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Deliver the Results - Drive our US Hispanic growth strategy based on strong consumer, customer, and market landscape insights. Create strong consumer media plans (paid/owned/earned) that will reach US Hispanic consumers and Caribbean consumers with the right message at the right time to achieve business results.
Be Strategic and Analytical - Support development and measurement of insight-led multi-brand campaigns designed for US Hispanics, and work with our Caribbean commercial teams to adapt marketing campaigns for use in Caribbean markets.
Collaborate - Learn and execute winning brand strategies with your cross-functional teammates. Partner with agencies and Commercial/Omni Marketing teams to bring insight-led retail programing to life and drive share with US Hispanics. Lead the adaptation of US generated marketing assets for use in Caribbean countries, leveraging team of local agencies, developing and executing marketing campaigns in both English and Spanish.
Managing Key Projects –– You will put your project management skills to use as you balance multiple projects with the help of your business partners. Stretch yourself as you learn from the best in brand management at Kellogg Company

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field. MBA preferred.
Demonstrated strength in marketing competencies.
Brand marketing experience with analytics, developing consumer insights, brand positioning, managing traditional and social media strategies and campaigns. Background in consumer-packaged goods preferred.
Strong project leadership skills, experience partnering with cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Native Spanish-language skills with experience translating and evaluating marketing campaigns from English to Spanish, and Spanish to English. Ability to lead meetings in both English and Spanish.
Entrepreneurial mindset – maximize available resources to make decisions and drive results.
Belief in the power of food to make a positive change in people and the world around us. Commitment and a passion for inclusive marketing.
