Support the floor and agents with escalated calls 


Act as a liaison between Supervisors and their respective teams 




Act as a backup support when a supervisor is off or unavailable

Coaching agents and assist/train new staff when needed 


Handle irate customers in a professional manner via phone

Take calls as needed

 Minimum Experience Requirements 


  


Associates degree preferred 


Experience in public sector administration, outsourcing/production environment, Medicaid and/or CHIP a plus. 


Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities. 


The ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.

Thorough understanding of all areas of operations

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The pay for this role is $23.00 per hour
