Job Description: The role of DGN’s Core Network Products organization is to create payment products, solutions and industry standards that enable seamless and secure payment experiences to meet the evolving needs of our global partners. Within Core Network Products, the Card Products and Policies team supports this mission by developing card product policies and capabilities for Financial Institutions seeking to issue card programs on DGN’s global network. 
 
This role supports the development and implementation of card product definitions and other network rules and compliance activities. They will leverage their understanding of the payments landscape to help identify and coordinate research activities supporting new and ongoing development of payments rules, products and solutions. 
 
Assesses the performance of and shapes the structure and direction of new and existing product lines and develops or assists in developing and executing strategic product plans for key initiatives such as the introduction of new products, product line extensions, or product enhancements. Assist the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
 
Responsibilities

Support the review and development of Product policies supporting DGN’s Card Products
Coordinate the implementation and go-to-market of products and policies
Review existing product portfolios to identify opportunities and develop recommendations  
Perform competitive research within the US and global markets
Identify sources, monitor, analyze, and interpret key product performance metrics including financials, network volumes, other key statistics, and internal/external customer feedback trends, then develop and communicate findings, suggests and recommends performance improvements to support data driven business decisions.
Partners with vendors and/or cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management, and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.
Manages and communicates scope, deliverables, timelines of projects and/or plans within pre-set budgets.
Participates in Agile sprints, planning, and executions.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or go-to-market strategies. 
Minimum Qualifications 
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: 


Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, or related field 

4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery/Commercialization, Project Management, Payments Industry, Financial Services, Marketing, or related

In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related including Product Management Experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
