- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that products meet the required standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure that production schedules are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired to minimize downtime.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment by maintaining good employee relations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least five years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 certificate required; OSHA 30 certificate preferred.
The Production Supervisor will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
