JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a curious-minded and organized Coordinator / Assoc. Manager to help the team execute omni-channel integrated advertising programs for our client. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for project coordination and helping with project management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across the omni-channel ecosystem (in-store and online). This role will support Managers and work daily with advertising sales, and Site Experience teams, as well as partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing solutions for clients.
Specifically, we’re looking for highly organized, ambitious, creative, flexible, people-oriented team members who are truly willing to roll up their sleeves in both structured and unstructured ways to deliver on department goals and Supplier needs..
This position sits within Marketing and reports jointly to an Integrated Marketing Manager and Activation Manager within the Client Solutions team supporting ETS (primarily consumer electronics, wireless, and gaming clients).
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Execution of supplier-specific custom Integrated Marketing Campaigns for Clients
Vet and help execute innovative ideas and programs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support supervisors in managing the cross-functional connection points, processes, and planning cycles between Retail Marketing, Creative, Cross-Category Solutions, Seasonal, Site and Product teams.
Assist in the management approvals, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns
Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teams
Provide support for general department day-to-day functions, such as owning tracking documents.
Serve Sales department and support the growth and evolution of integrated marketing for the client
Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years’ integrated marketing experience in retail, agency, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Prior experience in project coordination encouraged and preferred.
Highly collaborative, team player, with the ability to build relationships across multiple levels and departments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $57 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
