Are you a Site Merchandising Specialist that has strong organizational skills and a keen interest in using storytelling to enrich the online shopping experience for our famous retail brand?
This role balances strong editorial, creative and site merchandising skills to assist in the development, launch and continued optimization of cross-category seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives throughout the digital store (website, mobile, e-circular). Along with marketing assets that promote products and seasonal stories, this role will also support the development of content that includes a mix of inspiration and guided selling vehicles.

This role assists the Site Programming Manager and Sr. Manager, Site Editorial Strategy in: gathering campaign requirements, curating cross-category assortment, requesting and reviewing imagery, reviewing and editing written content, and organizing and interpreting metrics. The ideal candidate should have experience in site merchandising and possess strong organizational skills and a keen interest in using storytelling to enrich the online shopping experience.
Key areas of focus include:

Aids in the development and planning of the editorial merchandising and site strategies for seasonal campaigns and corporate initiatives
Helps to identify and establish campaign-level key performance indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, and forecasts
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to drive business objectives and influence strategies
Assists Site Programming Manager in providing direction to Creative, Marketing and Digital Store Operations teams

Position Details:

Collaborates cross-functionally on horizontal ecommerce experiences, (Digital Store Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Product) to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall company calendars and strategies.
Manages inputs from category site teams, marketing partners, stores partners, and product partners to develop a cohesive experience.
Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder communications related to ecommerce experiences, (DSO, Marketing, Merchandising, Product) to ensure initiatives are aligned with overall company calendars and strategies.
Manages inputs from category site teams, marketing partners, stores partners, and product partners to develop a cohesive experience.
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; reviewing all stakeholder inputs and reconciling business needs with customer needs; resolving problems; completing end-of-campaign reporting; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Promotes the continuous improvement of content/commerce integrations and executions.
Continually evaluates performance and makes informed recommendations to increase contents value to the customer experience.
Partners with Editorial Managers to plan, execute and promote supplier sponsorship opportunities for branded or native content experiences.
Gathers and evaluates metrics to find and recommend opportunities for optimization. 
Simultaneously executes multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent merchandising/e-commerce experience 
2-3 years experience managing large editorial content or ecommerce campaigns in an online creative or related digital field. 
2-3+ years of working in/with Site Merchandising team
2+ years of experience in Project Management in an agile environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Experience in Retail, Web and/or ecommerce a strong plus
Proven ability to manage and lead diverse groups of individuals in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.69 to $32.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
