SWBC is seeking a talented individual to provide a high level of project support for the Account Management Team & Operation Account Management team by performing client request follow-ups, special projects, analysis of systemic problems (procedural, functional, system change, training), and the like.
As the product knowledge expert, you will be able to enjoy the satisfaction of sharing information with our financial institution partners. Delivers cost-efficient, world class service to clients & internal teams.
Ensures to meet the ongoing needs of clients and prospects in conjunction with Account Management, Operational Account Management & Performance Consultants.
Assists Account Manager or Operational Account Manager with new and existing product accounts on the following, new product implementations from beginning to end assisting in answering technical questions on product implementations & operations, client satisfaction, and client retention, compliance due diligence requests, assist with client contact database updates.
Assists with client requests around data files.
Act in conjunction with the AM/OAM for client training.
Assists with managing client product related contests in conjunction with Performance Consultants.
Composes and collects post training survey results for Performance Consultant group.
Coordinating ordering client marketing materials for products.
Monitors client utilization and satisfaction of all products and services to ensure maximum product usage.
Provides solutions on implementations by meeting and collaborating with various SWBC departments.
Provides subject matter expertise in the development of solutions on existing and new product implementations by meeting and collaborating with various SWBC departments.
Assists in meeting company growth and financial profitability objectives and strategic plans by performing and reporting on various assigned departmental activities.
Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
At least two (2) years in client relationship management and overall project management skills or related experience.
Excellent project oversight, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent client-focus or customer service skills and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Word, Excel and the Internet.
Able to use basic office equipment to include copies and/or fax machines.
Able to sit for long periods of time while managing and/or monitoring product implementation and the like.

Able to stoop, kneel, or stand to retrieve files or other documents.
