This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, recommend solutions, and ensure maximum client satisfaction. They are also responsible for achieving excellent customer service and meeting sales goals. Key responsibilities include assisting customers in person and over the phone, processing sales transactions, stocking shelves, maintaining product knowledge, and suggesting ways to improve sales. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a customer service position
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
