Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and training to the sales team, supporting their growth and development.
  • Oversee the sales process and assist staff with customers as needed.
  • Work with sales staff to set and achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
  • Assist in closing deals.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt assistance.
  • Establish rapport with customers to build a network and generate future business.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local regulations.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or finance management experience at a brand-specific dealership.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, manage conflict, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player who can adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Intrinsically motivated with a proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Contribute to an innovative, team-oriented culture.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
