About the Opportunity
The Showroom Sales Manager of our Phoenix showroom is a Chief Energy Officer, is a driver of our Phoenix Energy Bus culture, provides exceptional service to our ProSource Members and their clients, provides exceptional leadership to the sales team, and provides exceptional sales results Our showrooms are open during normal business hours, providing for work-life balance.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional service to our ProSource Members and their clients
- Understand the needs of our members and their clients and select and display products that will best meet those needs, ensuring products are merchandised attractively and priced accurately.
- Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news to be a resource for our members and their clients.
- Plan and manage exciting showroom promotions and events.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop new showroom team members utilizing the ProSource Wholesale Onboarding Process and best practices.
- Inspire, support, and motivate your team to reach their full productivity and sales potential
- Strategically assign Membership leads and marketing territories to Account Managers to drive their success.
- Measure, track, and analyze individual and team sales performance and coach your team on developing action plans to achieve goals.
- Ensure that sales and profitability goals for the showroom are consistently achieved and exceeded.
- Design and implement forward-thinking methods for increasing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related sales management experience – wholesale sales or flooring experience a plus.
- Ability to write reports & business correspondence.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding team sales goals.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to represent and ensure all activities stay within company policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 a plus.
- A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
