Business Architecture integrates and aligns business process modeling into DTCC risk management resilience framework and supports process reimagination to deliver best in class client experience by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio. In addition, the Business Architecture Senior Analyst will use a collaborative approach to digitizing business processes, participate in design thinking and process and decision modeling using BPMN compliant methodologies and tools, and apply deep process design experience with BPM and other technologies to document and keep process libraries current.Your Primary Responsibilities:Apply analytically driven frameworks and insights to business and process re-imagination efforts in support of DTCC's enterprise-wide transformation programBuild and manage business process modeling and documentation by using specialized tools to enable enterprise capability realization in order to deliver Business Architecture solutionsParticipate in design thinking and process and decision modeling using BPMN compliant methodologies and toolsUnderstand current-state difficulties & opportunities and leading to process re-imagination by incorporating customer journeys across our product portfolio, with the objective of delivering best-in-class client experience, improving operational efficiency, and increasing resiliencyPerform business and process re-imagination by analyzing, documenting, and designing business strategies, capabilities, and processes, including key performance indicators, service level agreements, business reports, process metrics, and process diagramsDesign business architecture artifacts and deliverables to deliver expected business case and value proposition (risk, resilience, complexity, reuse, total cost of ownership etc.)**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of related experience Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to think “out of the box” with a client centric approachBusiness management skills to understand the organizational structure and the business activities/processesFamiliarity with the trade lifecycle/experience in that area is preferredExperience with BPMN 2.0 is a highly preferredWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organizationThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
