Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a senior business and/or technical analyst, with a focus on documenting complex business processes.
- Proficient in translating business needs into technical requirements and specifications, and tracking implementation to ensure system alignment with business needs and specifications.
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and delivering large-scale technology projects.
- Skilled in logical data modeling and analysis of large data sets for multi-system and platform information strategies and execution.
- Experienced in systems functional analysis with a basic understanding of different technical platforms, databases, application frameworks, and related technologies.
- Knowledgeable in Agile SDLC methodologies, DevOps, micro-services, API design, Containers, and Tech Infrastructure.
- Experienced in the development and maintenance of business architecture models.
- Proven track record of working independently and within a team across silos to develop solutions; expertise in designing, developing, and rolling out enterprise-level architecture strategies, including financial analysis for strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on knowledge of software development; comfortable working with Technology SMEs and analyzing code to understand business processes.
- Specialization in key aspects of data management, including Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling; Master Data Management; ELTL/Data Virtualization/Data SOA, Lineage and Metadata Management, BI/Reporting/Analytics.
- Experience with Databases (such as Oracle, MS SQLServer, DB2, HANA, Teradata), Big Data (Hadoop/Spark); Informatica, DataStage, Composite, Tableau, Microstrategy, ERwin, PowerDesigner, and other data modeling, integration, and management tools.
