Role Overview: As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the integration of data from various systems into a unified repository, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and documentation of essential data elements for performance metrics.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across partner systems.
  • Develop detailed specifications through active participation in discussions and workshops.
  • Work closely with the development team throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide regular updates on program and project progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in fields such as Management Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration, or Computer Information Systems, along with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience. The experience must encompass:

  • Conducting financial data analysis utilizing SQL tools.
  • Creating and managing data lineage and mapping processes.
  • Writing functional requirements for banking and financial projects.
  • Utilizing Jira and HPQC for issue and defect management during SIT and UAT testing phases.
  • Collaborating with Quality Engineering (QE) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to perform extensive data analysis.
  • Coordinating projects using either Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Work Schedule: Full-time, with potential for a hybrid work arrangement in line with company policies.
