Contact Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls and make outgoing calls
- Answer questions and provide guidance to callers
- Assist callers with any account issues.
- Data entry
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to multi-task among multiple platforms / software
- High School diploma / GED required
- Experience with outbound calls
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
