Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a call center supervisor or similar supervisory position.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and oral).
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office and telephone equipment, and technical savvy with relevant computer programs.
