Call Center Representative

- Handle high volumes of calls efficiently.

- Document call details and escalate unresolved issues.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 1+ year call center experience
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in computer and call center software.
