Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Business Development for the Government Vertical at Hippocratic AI, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships within the government sector. Drawing upon your established network and deep understanding of government healthcare initiatives, you will lead initiatives to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for government agencies seeking innovative solutions to enhance healthcare services and improve public health outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare within government programs and make a meaningful impact on citizen well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption of Hippocratic AI's solutions within government healthcare programs.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, policymakers, and public health officials, to identify partnership opportunities and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of government healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with government partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.

  • Stay informed about government healthcare policies, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Hippocratic AI at government conferences, meetings, and events, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare policy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the government sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.

  • Established network and relationships within government agencies, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of government healthcare policies, regulations, and initiatives, including Medicaid, Medicare, and other public health programs.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within government organizations.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic government environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving innovation and making a positive impact on public health outcomes within government programs.
