Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our team. The RSM will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
