JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manual assembly tasks

* Solder

* Operating semi and automated processing equipment

* Operating ovens

* Using a microscope to perform and inspect work

* Following detailed written work instructions from a computer, using our Factory Operating System (FOS)

* Create nonconformance in FOS

* Performing rework.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be a US Citizen

* HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

* Hand/finger dexterity

* Attention to detail.

* Basic computer and math skills.

* Ability to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.

* Able to communicate effectively

* Able to multi-task, and be flexible with the work as needed.

* Able to perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and to perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

* Microelectronic assembly and rework experience.

* Hand solder experience with microelectronics.

* Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards

* Effective time management skills

* Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Best Practices

* Strong safety focus

* Positive attitude and teaming skills needed.

* Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
