Position Overview:
The selected candidate will join a dedicated manufacturing assembly team focused on microelectronic components.

Responsibilities may encompass manual assembly tasks, soldering, operating both semi-automated and automated processing equipment, managing ovens, and utilizing a microscope for work performance and inspection. The role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, adhere to detailed written instructions from a computer, utilize our Factory Operating System (FOS), document nonconformances in FOS, and conduct rework as necessary.


Essential Skills:
The role demands hand and finger dexterity along with meticulous attention to detail. Candidates should possess fundamental computer and mathematical skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting written instructions and engineering diagrams is essential. Effective communication, multitasking capabilities, and adaptability to changing work requirements are crucial.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in line with established processes and conduct in-process inspections according to company standards and customer specifications is required. Experience in microelectronic assembly and rework, along with hand soldering skills compliant with Military and/or ANSI/J standards, is necessary. Strong time management skills are essential.


Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Best Practices, a strong emphasis on safety, a positive attitude, and teamwork skills are highly valued. A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement is desirable.

Educational Requirements:

A High School Diploma or an Associate's degree (or equivalent 2-year post-secondary training) along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.
