Certification Requirement: J-STD-001 Certification is mandatory

Role Summary:

  • The selected individual will be integral to a team focused on the assembly of microelectronic components.
  • Responsibilities include manual assembly, soldering, operating semi-automated and automated machinery, and conducting inspections using a microscope.
  • Physical demands include prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Follow detailed written instructions via our Factory Operating System (FOS) and manage nonconformance entries.
  • Conduct rework as necessary.

Essential Skills:

  • Possession of J-STD-001 Certification is essential.
  • Demonstrated hand/finger dexterity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and mathematical proficiency.
  • Able to interpret written instructions and engineering schematics.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to multitask, and adaptability to changing tasks.
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks following established processes and conduct in-process inspections per company and customer standards.
  • Experience in microelectronic assembly and rework, including hand soldering.
  • Familiarity with Military Standard and/or ANSI/J standards for soldering.
  • Strong time management abilities.

Shift Details: 3rd shift - Sunday to Friday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
