Position Type: Full-time, with potential for contract conversion
Duration: 12 months

As a Microelectronics Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Shift: 3rd
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10PM to 6:30AM

The successful candidate will be integral to a manufacturing assembly team focused on microelectronic components. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing manual assembly tasks and soldering.
  • Operating semi-automated and automated processing equipment.
  • Utilizing ovens and microscopes for assembly and inspection tasks.
  • Following detailed written work instructions and utilizing our Factory Operating System (FOS).
  • Creating nonconformances in FOS and executing rework as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or an AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-secondary training) with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer and mathematical skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Experience in performing repetitive tasks according to established processes and conducting in-process inspections to meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Experience in microelectronic assembly and rework, including hand soldering with microelectronics.
  • Familiarity with soldering to Military and/or ANSI/J standards.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $21 - $23.66 per hour
