As the versatile and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant, you will ensure our office environment's and executive team's high-level functioning. You will oversee the day-to-day office operations of our headquarters, provide executive support to our leadership team, and handle critical administrative functions, including HR and accounting tasks. As a first point of contact with our organization, you will be a brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders and play a critical role in the smooth execution of daily organizational activities. You will contribute to our success by ensuring efficiency, organization, and a positive work environment.


To be successful, you should have:

• Demonstrated proficiency as an office manager, executive assistant, or in a similar role with transferrable experience.

• Ability to comfortably and confidently interact with senior executives internally and externally.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

• Ability to act with appropriate discretion and handle confidential information with integrity.

• Consummate professionalism demonstrated in all your interactions and integrated into your work style.

• Committed to administrative excellence and high-quality output.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Motivated and passionate about organization and teamwork. What Will Set You Apart:

Your responsibilities as the Office Manager/Executive Assistant will include:

• Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring privacy and discretion.

• Manage the office environment, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.

• Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and repairs, staying within budget constraints.

• Coordinate office meetings, including travel arrangements for out-of-town employees and visitors.

• Be the first point of contact for the office (manage inbound activity).
