**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Construction Helper, where you will engage in building grid using various hand and power tools, organizing materials, and ensuring basic cleanup of the site. Your role will also include assisting with wall penetration and the construction of sub-layers in cleanrooms, including floors, walls, and ceilings. You will be involved in basic construction tasks such as building structures, installing racks, and setting up tools. This role requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions and lifting up to 50 lbs. You will be expected to adhere to strict safety regulations.

**Work Environment**
This position is based at the Intel Ocotillo campus, operating on a 60-60-50 schedule from Monday-Friday with a 5am start time. Candidates must be open to working Saturdays and accommodating 10-15 hours of overtime per week. The work involves both outdoor activities and cleanroom settings, where wearing a bunny suit may be required. Teamwork is facilitated through a buddy system to ensure a supportive work environment.
