We are in search of a proficient Plumbing Journeyman.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing and executing various plumbing duties within our prefabrication facility. The ideal candidate will have significant experience, technical expertise, and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct plumbing systems and fixtures in compliance with local and state regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ascertain the layout and configuration of plumbing systems.
- Employ a range of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete plumbing assignments effectively.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and deliver prompt and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols consistently.
- Guide and oversee apprentices and helpers in the prefabrication environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to field teams and maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials utilized, and hours logged.
- Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of [3-5] years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
- Expertise in reading blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Willingness to work full-time, including overtime and weekends as required.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in the plumbing field.
