Key Responsibilities:
  • Construct plumbing systems and fixtures in compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Analyze blueprints and specifications to accurately determine plumbing layouts.
  • Employ various hand and power tools to execute plumbing tasks efficiently.
  • Diagnose plumbing challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors on integrated projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standards consistently.
  • Guide and oversee apprentices and helpers in the fabrication environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive interactions with team members.
  • Document work completed, materials utilized, and hours logged accurately.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of [3-5] years of relevant experience in plumbing.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation required.
  • Willingness to work full-time, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the plumbing field.
