They handle contact with customers, including minors, and have access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information. This role requires working at a specific store location in West Palm Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain and tint products to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
  • Assist in deliveries and maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
