Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend solutions. They are responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Specialists also stay up-to-date with product features, maintain high quality and visual standards of products, and strive to achieve excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. They handle contact with customers, including minors, and have access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information. This role requires working at a specific store location in West Palm Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and achieve sales goals
- Maintain and tint products to customer specifications
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
- Assist in deliveries and maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
- Previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
- Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
