Job Description:

Overview:

As an eCommerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eCommerce solutions, including reviews, shipping, product information management (PIM), and many other features and products. You will leverage your 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce product management to enhance our product offerings to elevate the customer experience and increase revenue.

This position is expected to report onsite at our HQ in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute eCommerce solutions in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web development, UX design, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality eCommerce solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure a customer-centric approach.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of work experience in eCommerce product management, with a strong focus on eCommerce solution management (reviews, shipping, PIM).
  • Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, product information management systems, and related technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
