Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation, managing TPA/TPRM programs and SOX control for partner portals.
Design and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our operations.
Investigate and provide timely and accurate responses to reported escalations across multiple channels.
Drive continuous improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Top Requisite Skills:
Experience in Ambiguous Environments: Proven track record of successfully driving projects from ideation to launch in ambiguous and dynamic settings.
Expertise in Payment Processing Systems: Deep knowledge of core payment processing, commerce platforms, and risk systems.
