Assistant Construction Management Intern

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with various tasks, including project scheduling, inventory management procurement and progress tracking.

Create and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, budgets, and reports.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.

Research and learn about HVAC systems and industry best practices.

Assist with the development and implementation of construction management processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in construction management, engineering, business administration, related field or a trades training program related to HVAC. Also accepted construction management training or CCM Certified Construction Manager.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and results-driven.

A strong interest in the HVAC industry is a plus.
