About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. As a Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading a crew of skilled workers on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will be essential in instilling a culture of safety, managing resources, and driving productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely
  • Provide on-site leadership and guidance to crew members
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in heavy civil construction
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel
