Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for instilling safety as a top priority, managing and supporting a team of construction coworkers, and building relationships with coworkers, owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Instill safety as a top priority and monitor quality control, safety, and environmental programs.
- Manage and support a team of construction coworkers, including reviewing and drafting technical submittals.
- Build relationships and communicate with coworkers, owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
- Assist with contract administration, including budget and change procedures, and material procurement.
- Work together to resolve field problems and conflicts with subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
- Pursuing a degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Desire to grow and develop career and mentor other coworkers.
- Valid Driver's License.
