In addition to providing advanced, dermatology specialized care to patients and supporting general practice veterinarians in our geographic service areas, ADG participates in drug/product development and clinical trials. ADG also has the largest dermatology residency program approved by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology to support the training of the next generation of dermatologists.
Animal Dermatology Group's Corporate Office in Newport Beach, California is seeking a Customer Service/Contact Center Representative to join our newly created support team. We are looking for someone who enjoys coming to work each day with the following qualities:

In addition, this position will require participation in Outbound campaigns to reach out to new and existing clients as needed. These activities could include but not be limited to checking on prescription renewals, interrupted treatment schedules, communicating promotional events / service specials and in general support our antigen processing services programs and ADG corporate services as needed.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (including but not limited to):
- Dependable attendance is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong phone skills and experience required (1 to 2 years)
- Computer skill required (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Veterinary Practice Software (Cornerstone or ezyVet a Bonus)
- Excellent communication skills - Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Organized and detail oriented, ability to take direction
- Possess sound decision-making skills and the ability to multi-task
- Providing excellent Client service
- Answering and making phone calls
- Responding to Email, Text messages and Chats
- Take accurate messages and book appointments
- Maintaining computer records/data entry
- Marketing implementation
- Payment processing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have experience working in the public (i.e. call center, restaurant, retail or service business)
- Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is a plus
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly over the course of a minimum of 8-hour day
- A 5/8 work week (Monday through Friday)

Salary Description
