What’s a typical day as a Recruiting Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Partnering collaboratively with Recruiting and other HR team members to meet goals.
• Maintaining applicant tracking database integrity and following recruiting policy and processes, as well as all applicable laws.
• Ensuring a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing their expectations during the recruitment process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have three to five years of experience recruiting in staffing or corporate environments.
• Have working knowledge of all aspects of the recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
• Have experience with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology, with Workday experience preferred.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
