Human Resources Information System Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst with 5+ years of HRIS administration experience to join their team on a contract-to-perm basis in East Houston. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UKG and hold a Bachelor's degree. Experience in manufacturing or field service-related industries is preferred.


This individual will play a critical role in supporting ongoing projects and HR operations, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring the efficient functioning of HR systems. The ideal candidate should also have experience with data reporting and be proficient in analytic tools such as SQL and Power BI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and smooth system functionality
  • Lead HRIS-related projects and provide support for system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline and optimize HR processes
  • Generate data reports and leverage analytic tools (SQL, Power BI) to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws through accurate HR data management


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of HRIS administration experience, with expertise in UKG
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or field service industries is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar analytic/reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
