We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Program Coordinator to join our Grant Cardone Elite Coaching team. This role requires a professional with an excellent attitude and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated self-starter with a passion for team collaboration and a commitment to adding value to our programs. Must have a growth mindset, positive attitude and want to grow quickly with a new department.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain clear and precise communication with the Director of the Elite Coaching Program, team members, coaches, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, record keeping, and reporting with high attention to detail.
  • Provide support and resources to the Director and the coaches, ensuring a smooth and effective coaching experience.
  • Enjoy data analysis and collection with a keen eye for detail.
  • Manage all data in spreadsheets with an ability to communicate this information in the written and spoken form.
  • Gather monthly data for the payment of salaries to the 1099 Coaches.
  • Handle logistical arrangements for all program-related activities.
  • Monitor program timelines and budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within financial guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to team goals and supporting colleagues.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, always changing environment.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role, preferably in a coaching or educational setting.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and detailed information accurately.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the aptitude to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Adept at working under pressure and flexible in adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks and perform responsibilities without direct supervision.
  • Enthusiastic about working in and contributing to a team-oriented environment.



Education And Experience



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Hubspot and or Go High Level as well as Google suite of applications is a plus.



This is full-time Monday to Friday 8.20am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
