About The Role

We are looking for a Product Management Director to lead the evolution of our flagship products to meet the needs of rapidly evolving market trends for our Property Management line of business. This mission-critical role has substantial scope, complexity, and executive visibility, with a large opportunity for impact. You will work with the global executive leadership team for our Advisory Property Management line of business and their direct and matrix teams within Digital & Technology.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage global product roadmap for Global Pulse and be the primary point of contact for all Property Management (PM) products in the Americas region.
  2. Make complex technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly collaborative and confident in driving from conception to global execution.
  3. Define vision, tech strategy, and a data-driven roadmap for the products to drive rapid execution and value delivery to the market.
  4. Develop standard operating procedures within the tech platform that are robust, secure, efficient, and scalable.
  5. Employ design thinking best practices to build customer journeys and represent the customer voice.
  6. Use MVP and rapid prototyping to define, test, validate, and implement new features that enhance customer experience.
  7. Leverage AI / ML technologies to improve customer workflows and deliver innovative features in the PM market.
  8. Establish and maintain successful relationships with cross-functional collaborators across business segments.

What You’ll Need

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, AI / ML, Data Science, or equivalent.
  2. 10+ years of demonstrated ability in product management or management of technology delivery.
  3. Previous experience with the delivery of relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers, preferably in a global context.
  4. Proven experience managing technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable business recommendations.
  6. First-hand Design Thinking knowledge and background using best-in-class tools.
  7. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate a strategy at every level of the organization.

Compensation: The minimum salary for this position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary is $210,000 annually. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
