SawStop, the world leader in power tool safety, is looking for a Sales Support Administrator. Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, SawStop is the #1 manufacturer of table saws for both commercial and hobbyist markets. Our safety technology has saved thousands of users from devastating, life-changing table saw injuries. SawStop is expanding the application of our technologies into new products and markets. The successful applicant will support the Sales and Marketing teams in a work environment where versatility and dedication are both recognized and rewarded.

POSITION FUNCTION

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient operations within the sales department along with additional support for the marketing department. Key duties include managing tradeshow logistics, conducting online audits, and handling order entry. The role also involves assisting team members with various projects as well as providing backup support for registration and order entry in NetSuite. Additionally, the Sales Support Administrator will perform database cleanup, general administrative tasks, and offer phone support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Phone support
  • System audits
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong general computer and Internet skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in an ERP/CRM system (NetSuite preferred)
  • Able to lift 50 pounds above head
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Woodworking experience
  • Associate degree or 2 years' relevant experience
